?A Central Indiana group, known simply as The Technology Partnership,
has taken the lead in pushing for the growth of high tech development
in Central Indiana. The goal of The Technology Partnership is to turn
the greater Indianapolis area into the Midwest's premier high tech

Indianapolis ? A Life Sciences Hub

?Roche Diagnostics Corporation of Indianapolis, Ind., the leader in
diagnostics announced today that it will invest in excess of $135
million and create approximately 600 new jobs at its Indianapolis
campus on the northeast side of the city over the next 10 years.
During the next several years, the company expects growth and
expansion of its research & development, laboratory, manufacturing,
distribution, information technology and corporate headquarters
operations, in support of five diagnostics business areas: Diabetes
Care, Central Diagnostics, Applied Science, Molecular Diagnostics and

Eli Lilly and Co.
?Eli Lilly and Co. will hire more than 500 scientists to add to its

According to Bob Bedell, President and CEO of the ICVA, ?Indianapolis
is a remarkable city with an ever-growing popularity as a convention
