I can find no references to "lotterystar". Maybe I'm missing
something, as I do not live in Germany, but could you clarify for me
what a lottery store is?

I imagine that you're asking this question, because you received a
letter/email claiming that you won the lottery, from LotteryStar.

Well, there is no such lottery, and evenif there had been, no lottery
gives away big prizes to people who didn't buy a ticket. These letters
are in fact spam and scams - trying to get money out of you.
