I want to write a letter to Netflix, specifically to the name of the
owner of that company and correct business mailing address.

 But I don't want to just send it to the mailing address I found at
register.com of Netflix, Inc.
750 University Avenue
Los Gatos, CA 95032 where it would fall into the hands of any customer
service person and have it fall by the wayside, I want to send it to
the attention of a real person, the owner, the CEO, but how would I
find out who that person is? It's not available on the website
www.netflix.com And should I depend on the address listed in register
as being correct? That is also not listed on the website thanks.
