Michael Dineen is a fellow marketer whom I used to correspond with and
access his website on occasion but his site has disappeared for some
reason or his URL has been changed or no longer exists. Can you
determine whether or not the site is still on the web?  Thanks.

The ii after Dineen stands for "the second" and could also be II or
ll, but I'm reasonably sure he used ii on the website.
