What is the proper term for the type of eyebrow piercing that colin
farrell bears playing the character bullseye in the film daredevil?
Initially I thought this was called a surface bar but this doesn't
seem to be the case.

Due to the counter cultural nature of body piercing, I doubt that
there is a "correct" name for his style of piercing.  From the
research I did in an attempt to answer it seems many names for
piercings are purely funcitonal or descriptive.

I would guess something akin to "horizontal eyebrow surface bar" would
be appropriate.
