I am looking for information on the retail structure of Telia in
Sweden. On their website, they sell their products (www.telia.se) and
they also have 74 or 75 retail outlets (or "butiker" in Swedish):

"Telia, with 74 stores, is the largest retail chain in Sweden for
telecom products and is one of Sweden's largest resellers of mobile

"Telia has extensive distribution channels with its own customer
service and 75 retail shops, growing web-based sales and a

I am looking for a detailed description of these 74 or 75 oulets: pictures of
the interior of the shops; product/service range; do they have so
called "flagship shops" and if possible: average number of consumers;
data on sales/revenue; future outlook, and all other relevant
information.

FYI: Telia is also present in the NK B-tween shop in Stockholm, but
this does not interest me, I am looking for information on the real
sales outlets.

It would be nice to have this information very soon, since I need it
by Thursday 24/06. Thanks in advance !

I can get you most of this information; however, I'm having trouble
finding photos of Telia stores.

You need this by Thursday June 24th?

Could you tell me in which country or state (time zone, really) you
reside? I'm in the eastern time zone in the USA. Would the evening of
June 24th, eastern U.S. time, be all right -- or do you need the
answer earlier?

Hello again, nancylynn !

I am happy that you might be able to help me with this question. I am
located in the GMT+1 (Western European Summer Time Zone - Amsterdam,
Brussels, Paris) and ideally I would like to receive the information
before 5pm Thursday (tomorrow). If you think that the information is
accurate and exactly what I need, than the evening of 24 would still
be OK (Eastern US time).

It is hard to find those pictures, I know, but I would appreciate a
few, so that I can get a look & feel of the interior of the stores.

Jo:

The press office of Telia is putting me in touch with the head of the
retail division. I will need that help because I can't quite find all
the information you want. (Of course, the language barrier is slowing
me down somewhat :)

I can't promise I'll hear back from the director in time tomorrow --
if you must have this information by the evening of the 24th, your
time.

Therefore, I won't lock this question. Since you are in a rush on this
one, I want to leave this question open in case any of my colleagues
feel they can answer it by tomorrow.

Btw, if you haven't had time to check it out yet, I did manage to find
out more about the NTT East & West service counters (you'll see why it
was so hard for me to find them!), and I posted an answer

answer, and the head of Telia Butik (retail) still hasn't responded to

Hi:

I'm just letting you know that yesterday I again contacted the press
office at TeliaSonera to tell them I still hadn't heard back from
Telia Butik.

They apologized and explained that this is a busy time of year there
(I'd forgotten about Midsummer holiday). I hope to have an answer for
you either late this week or early next.

Again: if one of my colleagues feels they can answer this question,
please feel free to take it on!
