I WOULD LIKE A LIST OF ANNUAL MEETINGS, CONVENTIONS, TRADE SHOWS &
GROUP INCENTIVE TRIPS THAT TAKE PLACE IN MAY, JUNE, NOVEMBER &
DECEMBER IN THE STATE OF WISCONSIN. I WOULD LIKE THE LIST TO INCLUDE
EVENTS THAT REQUIRE A LARGE NUMBER OF SLEEPING ROOMS (PREFERABLY
SEVERAL HUNDRED PER NIGHT FOR 2 OR 3 NIGHTS. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE
PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAME AND CONTACT INFORMATION FOR THE GROUP
ORGANIZER OR PLANNER. LIST WILL BE USED TO INVITE POTENTIAL CLIENTS
TO TOUR A RESORT W/738 SLEEPING ROOMS, 33 MEETING ROOMS & 4
BOARDROOMS.

Hi!

It would be hard to get information on the number of people attending
such events since organizers do not usually disclose their needs for
rooms. usually these are arranged and negotiated on an individual
basis.

Would just a compilation of contact information for the organizers be
enough as an answer? In this way you can contact and negotiate with
them directly.

Thanks!

Another thing. Group incentive trips are usually private info for the
company giving it. Would an absence of such info be ok? Just the
tradeshow, conferences and convention events will be provided?

Thanks again!

YOUR SUGGESTION WOULD BE FINE IF EXTENSIVE LIST - THANK YOU.

Hi! Thanks for accepting my proposal for an answer.

Here are the 2 or 3 day meetings, conventions, conferences and trade
and also craft shows that you can target for your business in
Wisconsin. These events are for the months of May, June, November and
December, which are according to the requirements of your question.
Whenever the information is available, I have provided the estimated
number of attendees for such an event.
