I used the excellent tool at www.wordsmith.org to compile this list:
http://www.wordsmith.org/anagram/anagram.cgi?anagram=ADOONYERWOOENDNLN

I also used the advanced tools to limit the anagrams to 1 word, but
this was unsuccessful.

I don't think there is an acceptable 17 letter word in your bunch of
letters!  Good luck to other researchers!

Check how the original question is worded!

It could be a trick question!

If it's something like, unscramble these letters to make 'one and only one word'

'One and only one word' is an anagram of the above letters!
