I am leaving my job at a home health agency to go to another home
health agency. Several of my patients have asked me where I will be
working. What can I legally tell them without being guilty of
solicitation? If they ask, can I give them the name of my new agency?
What if they ask me how they can change to the new agency? I work in
Texas if this is relevant.
