Need to clarify a question about finding a GPS engineer.  I am not
able to get past my account page to clarify the question or respond to
coments.  I finally emailed G. customer service for help and should
have a response tomorrow.  Please be patient.  Would responder wait?

The Question needs an answer that will lead me directly to a source to
find a person on the east coast who would be willing to work with me
in developing the device I have invented who is technically proficient
in GPS devices and microelectonics. A general list is not the answer
because it does not mean that there is anyone on the list who is
a) proficient in both areas and 
b) available now and 
c)willing to do this job.
That is what I  need and that is the answer to the question.  A list
of one or more such people east of Chicago is the answer.  Thank you
for your patience.
I think the delay was my computer "cookie" problem.
