need memory pegs to teach 10 to 13 year olds the ten commandments - memory pegs are little tricks to help a person picture the verse with a connection... for instance the #2 may look like a swan - a swan pulling a ship with guns protruding from it, or a warship - Thou shalt not worship any other gods - commandment 2. |

Hi teacherga, Thank you for your question. All the sites that I researched for Ten Commandment Memory Pegs referenced the same site "Garden of Praise": http://www.gardenofpraise.com/mempeg2.htm Ten Commandments - Memory Pegs Print black and white 10 Commandment posters Click on Color poster or Black and white poster The Ten Commandments Song http://www.gardenofpraise.com/tencom.htm You will be able to see the music and the memory peg posters. (Click on each small poster to see a larger one.) Bible Story http://www.gardenofpraise.com/bibl9s.htm After the picture loads, click on a speaker to hear the story of The Ten Commandments.) Most users may highlight the wordsby resting the mouse over each section as you listen to the story. ================================================= Not the memory pegs but another great idea at this page: The Ten Commandments in 10 Minutes http://www2.vivid.net/~trowan/10comand.htm Tell Your Student's That if They Do Their Homework We'll Have... COLD PIZZA SUNDAY! http://www2.vivid.net/~trowan/coldpiza.htm ================================================= Best regards, tlspiegel |
