Can you translate the Greek Phrase into english?

I tried to write it in normal greek but it wouldnt let me.

Since "pistis" means "faith" in Greek, I wonder if your phrase could
be a reference to the forty martyrs of Sebaste:

It might be helpful to know where you encountered this phrase. Context
can tell a lot.

Note that DDDD (four deltas) was the ancient Greek way of indicating
the number 'forty':
