I am on lookout for the explanations that have been provided for

parting of the red sea ? I would prefer having the latitudinal and longitudinal

positions where the parting could have occurred, as precise as possible.

Nobody knows exactly where the parting took place; would information
on scientific explanations for the parting be enough to satisfy you?

Dear Kris,

I have responded below.

Yes, the scientific explanation would definitely satisfy me.. ... to
be more precise, I am looking for any article which points towards
constellationary study that should be undertaken by someone to explain
this. I would be glad to receive answers on any additional manner in
which the said feature has been explained. I would definitely applaud
your effort if you attempt to confirm the status with respect to
einsteinian - relativity and the said phenomenon.

Dear Kris,

Kindly note that, by having asked you "I would definitely applaud
your effort if you attempt to confirm the status with respect to
einsteinian - relativity and the said phenomenon." I mean is there any
work which draws a tangent from whatever its explanation would be for
this feature, to, relativity ? Say to explain this feature
mathematically with minimal
details what is the literature survey available ? I would be glad if
you kindly grant me a brief one.

Hello choudhary-ga,

I was working on your question for a while, but the more I looked at
your dialogue with kriswrite-ga, the more it seemed to me that you
might want to have kriswrite continue working on the question for you,
rather than another researcher.

Can you confirm what you'd like at this point...an answer ONLY from
kriswrite, or from any researcher willing to tackle this intriguing
question of yours.

Thanks.

Dear Pafalafa-ga,

Hi! How are you ?

I thank you for having taken the question up. Infact, for me
you both are same, if you had started answering this question carry
on, however kriswrite should not forget this question for we have a
series of additional questions to be answered while we explain the
parting of the red sea .. and well which would force things to be a
team effort, I prefer that, hence, at this moment we three ... In your
search we focus upon getting the exact work if incase someone has done
such that he says look that is the feature in stars on account of
which this is the feature (parting of the red sea ) that has occurred
on our planet. However remember that if no one has done the parting of
the red sea as discussed than has anyone explained any other feature
that has occurred on our planet using the same methodology which
should conclude in the way that look this is the feature that has
occurred on earth and gets explained in this way through stars.

Remember if we get the data as I am looking for probably we might
close upon the question. Wish you all the best....

Thanking You,

Choudhary H. D.

I apologize profusely to misaddressing you. Obviously, I need more caffeine! :)

Let me rephrase your question, to be sure I understand it. You would
like to know if anyone has attempted to find a correlation between the
parting of the waters by Moses and something happening in the stars
and planets?

And if the answer to this is "not that I can tell," you seek to know
whether the movement of the plants and stars have ever caused other
earthly "miracles?"

Is that a fair assessment?

I think the trouble will be just the kind of "evidence" you want. How
does one prove that the plants or stars doing-such-and-such causes
something to happen here on earth? Who is to say that the event on
earth didn't cause the stars to alter course, for example? Or that it
was all a coincidence?

In addition, we don't really know that much about what was happening
in space during Bible times, because telescopes hadn't been invented
yet. So...would mere speculation (guesses) satisfy you? If so, I can
attempt to answer your question.

Dear Kriswrite,

I have provided the clarifications below.

Your comment :

I apologize profusely to misaddressing you. Obviously, I need more caffeine! :)

My Answer:

Your profuse apologies are accepted.... hope you are caffeinated by now... :))

Your comment:

Let me rephrase your question, to be sure I understand it. You would
like to know if anyone has attempted to find a correlation between the
parting of the waters by Moses and something happening in the stars
and planets?

My answer:

yes, I would like to get this answer whether someone has done this piece of work.

Your comment:

And if the answer to this is "not that I can tell,"

My answer:

Well wish me all the best. For, this is one of my examination questions.

Your comment:

you seek to know whether the movement of the plants and stars have
ever caused other earthly "miracles?"

My comment:

Yes, I would like to know... them as many of them would be present...
for say if we explain the complete dynamics / evolutionary stage of
our planet then as per time we find this to form boundary conditions
necessary to be satisfied by the dynamical equations governing them...

Your comment:

Is that a fair assessment?

My answer:

So, far so good.

Your comment:

I think the trouble will be just the kind of "evidence" you want. How
does one prove that the plants or stars doing-such-and-such causes
something to happen here on earth?

My comment:

Answering this question would require physicists to confirm at least
to themselves for having answered the origin of mass.

Your comment:

Who is to say that the event on earth didn't cause the stars to alter
course, for example? Or that it was all a coincidence?

My Answer:

Part A:

Wow, A beautiful comment... I do not know how long you took to phrase
this sentence but well its a beautifull one....

Part B:
On the section who is to say that the events on earth didn't cause
stars to alter course.

This gets explained as soon as we emerge at the synchronisation
between stars in sky and life forms on earth. At the same time how
this synchronisation has a dynamics within itself is what addresses
that part of your question which asks that events on earth did not
cause stars to alter course. I would definitely not be amazed if
someone said that stars altered their course ... or something similar
is what happenend.... and a signature as this .. that could have been
shown for any occurrence on earth .. is what I am exactly looking
for..

Your comment:

Or that it was all a coincidence?

My Answer :

The answer provided to the previous question addresses this but still
a deeper answer has to be provided.. and would be elaborated to you
when you provide me the signature as asked previously....

Your Question:

In addition, we don't really know that much about what was happening
in space during Bible times, because telescopes hadn't been invented
yet.

My Answer:

Thats true... but if we need to land up at the signature as per the
biblical times when moses parted the water... then a way would be to
land up with the mathematical formulation of the constellations /stars
whatever you call them and roll it backwards in time and thus perform
a check whether the existing constellationary study reveals anything
of the grade I am looking for.. where it could be precisely said only
by a look at the constellations as look this feature in the
constellations should show a feature as of parting of the sea on earth
as was done by moses... and thus leading to a proof for parting of the
red sea.... hence, even with absence of telescopes a roll back could
be done and a study as mentioned could be made feasible.. as per the
roll back by the concerned equations.....

Your question:

So...would mere speculation (guesses) satisfy you? If so, I can
attempt to answer your question.

My answer:

The phenomenon we discussed has great significance....in history... I
would still prefer to have a linkage between:

a) The dynamics of constellations and our planet earth

b) The dynamics of constellations and life forms on our planet earth.

c) At this junction, I would still prefer obtaining what I m looking
for, for if you provide me with that then its minimal exptrapolation
to questions about the fundamental origin of mass would be provided in
a very short span of time from now. Else, if I will have to work out
the things from scratch then the answer would be availaible after few
years from now... and that would be the delay... still whatever
answers are given would be welcomed...

d) I would still apreciate if you provide me with the minimal
speculative answers at the same time would be glad to have your true
name and address for when the article would be worked out your true
name and true address would be necessary for acknowledgement purposes.

Conclusively all that can be said is:

There has to exist one correlation between the dynamics of stars and
human forms on our planet. If it exists my workload is reduced by a
great deal, hence I have requested you to search that substantial
piece of corrleation or whatever mathematics we call it.. if I do not
land up with it I will have to sit down and work out the
correlation....

The question placed is not only something that would go ahead to
explain the link between stars and life forms on earth... but the
question is still a fundamental one... it gets related to the origin
of mass that we physicists have long been looking for... if incase
there exists any dynamics that links this two then it could be used to
confirm explanations to the fundamental origin of mass... in other
words the relation between the two could be utilised to explain or
provide a proof for something that would answer the origin of mass...
(While I was trying to answer the parting of the red sea I reached up
at the conclusion that the origin of mass also might get explained
through it, thus extending a requirement or a mode of search for
finding new symmetries new laws for Physics beyond the standard
model)...which could even be obtained by any other evidence that might
have occurred on our planet... and exists as a constellatory
evidence..... While atempting to address a question related to
dynamics in totality I came across the parting of the red sea and to
explain it as immediate as possible exists as one of my objectives....
It could be possible say if you land up with something that precisely
says and addresses the question in the manner that I have been looking
for as an evidence then a complete explanation for this episode would
be provided... not only in terms of the first order explanations as
the wind blowing which could equally be true ... but through physical
symmetries etc....... while I have stated this kindly note... that if
you go ahead providing me the data as requested then within a minimal
time frame: a work which would point out the parting of the red sea as
a true phenomenon at the same time point out its extra polation to the
fundamental origin of mass... would be made available.. this would be
the very first work achieved... say once this is over... well the next
thing required would be chaining the fundamental origin of mass
insisde the equation built previously...... so as to provide still a
higher order fundamental explanation.

I do not know how quick you could land me up with the answers requested..

Under any circumstances ..... all I say is .... anyways.. ...

Cheers!!!!

Hello again choudhary~

A LITTLE BACKGROUND INFORMATION

I would like to begin by pointing to an article that helps bring the
biblical account of Moses parting the seas into modern life:
?Pharaoh's chariots found in Red Sea?? at World Net Daily. This
article discusses what are possibly chariot wheels, discovered by
divers in the Red Sea. (Check out the article to see several
photographs: http://www.worldnetdaily.com/news/article.asp?ARTICLE_ID=33168
) Apparently, in ?at least one case authorities have confirmed [it] to
be a chariot wheel dating to the time of the Exodus.?

According to the article, the Egyptian government won?t allow
artifacts to be removed, so it?s been impossible to confirm whether or
not these are truly chariot wheels, and from what era they date. To
give you an idea of what explorers are up against, the article states
that one of the divers and his wife were turned over to the (Muslim)
government, with the claim that they were spying for Israel.

However, compellingly, the ?chariot parts [are] located on a
subsurface ?land bridge? connecting Egypt to Saudi Arabia through the
Gulf of Aqaba.? Apparently, a wheel hub (taken from the Sea before the
government forbade such removal) was dated by Nassif Mohammed Hassan,
director of Antiquities in Cairo, to ancient Egypt.

In this article, Colin Humphreys, a physicist, states his opinion that
the biblical parting of the sea may have been caused by wind. ??The
waters piled up, the surging waters stood firm like a wall,' is a
remarkable description of what the mathematics reveals to be the case
for water pushed back by a very strong wind,? he says. The question
then becomes, how did the Hebrews survive such strong wind? Believers
answer that this only could happened with God?s aid.

Naum Volzinger, a senior researcher at St. Petersburg's Institute of
Oceanography, and Alexei Androsov, based in Hamburg, Germany, have
also examined the wind theory. They claim that the wind would only
need to blow 67 mph, for an extended period of time, to part the
water. This, they say, could have exposed a seven kilometer reef that
the Hebrews could have crossed. This cross would have taken four
hours, they estimate. A half hour later, the waters could have
returned to normal. This is called ?water set-down.? (?Dissecting
Miracles,? http://www.g4techtv.com/techtvvault/features/47219/Dissecting_Miracles.html?
and ?The Exodus Miracles,?
http://www.abc.net.au/rn/relig/ark/stories/s1010032.htm )

There is also the explanation I?ve already mentioned in the ?Comments?
section, put forth by mathematician Naum Wolzinger. (?Scientist claims
to explain parting of the waves ?
http://www.ananova.com/news/story/sm_858010.html?menu=news.scienceanddiscovery
)

Another common explanation is that earthquakes or a volcanic eruption
caused the waters to part. Some historians point to a volcanic
eruption in the 16th century BC, which may have caused waters to part.
(?Biblical plagues and parting of Red Sea 'caused by volcano'?
http://news.telegraph.co.uk/news/main.jhtml?xml=/news/2002/11/11/nmoses11.xml
) Others say this particular eruption couldn?t have caused Moses? sea
to part, since the timing is considerably off. Yet another explanation
says the Hebrews merely passed the waters at low tide. (?Weather Man

)

THE ?PARTING? AND THE PLANETS
On the other hand, Russian psychiatrist Immanuel Velikovsky believes
?a close brush with a passing planet...parted the Red Sea.?
(?Starstruck,? http://www.exn.ca/dailyplanet/story.asp?id=2003050254 )
He proposed this controversial theory in his 1950 book ?Worlds in
Collision.? (See the Amazon listing at
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/067181091X/qid=1097343651/sr=1-2/ref=sr_1_2/103-0143627-3443037?v=glance&s=books
)

Specifically, Velikovsky says that ?in 1450 BC, Jupiter spewed out
Venus as a comet which, amongst other things, helped part the Red
Sea...? (?Immanuel Velikovsky,?
http://www.mystae.com/restricted/streams/thera/velikov.html )
According to Velikovsky?s theory, when a comet encounters a plant, it
may become ?entangled and drawn from its path, then forced into a new
orbit, and finally liberated,? but not before ?discharges of
electrical potential? are exchanged. The sun and the moon produce
ocean tides, but if the earth slowed down, the oceans would recede
toward the poles; the ?attraction? of a comet close to the earth would
draw the water ?back toward itself and heap them high in the air.?
(?The Day the Sun Stood Still?
http://www.tmgnow.com/repository/secret/velikovsky.html )

Many scientists believe Velikovsky?s theory was more imagination than
science, but others have embraced the possibility that he?s on the
right track. In addition to reading Velikovsky?s ?Worlds in
Collision,? you may be curious to view the Velikovsky Archive:
http://www.varchive.org

Elaborating on Velikovsky?s theory, Robert S. Fritzius claims ?The
electrical discharge which Velikovsky calls a spark may have taken
place between the comet's dust tail and the Earth, rather than
directly from the comet's globe (Venus) to the Earth. This ?closer?
communion of electrodes would have permitted localized water mountains
to form rather than a global tide. (A global tide would not have been
consistent with the reported Exodus phenomenon.)
?The electrical charge transfer mechanism, which built up the
potential difference between Earth and Venus would have been a flow of
positive ions, transported by the solar wind from Venus to Earth in
the comet's ion tail. This transfer process would occur whenever the
Earth was immersed in the ion tail. Since scripture indicates that the
pillar of fire and the pillar of cloud were visible day and night, we
could surmise that Earth and Venus were temporarily orbiting each
other so that the globe of the comet was nearly geosynchronous with
respect to the exodus scene.

?Calculations need to be made regarding the electrical charges
involved to bring about this temporary geosynchronous interlocking of
orbits.

?Even though Velikovsky places a lot of emphasis on the electrical
charge (and discharge) aspect of the water redistribution matter, we
would be remiss if we didn't come to grips with the unusually strong
east wind which was part and parcel to the overall process.

?[The strong wind mentioned in the Bible] may have been produced by
the earth's positively charged water-bearing atmosphere moving en mass
around the earth, being electrically driven in the direction of the
comet's negatively charged globe...It would seem that the wind started
the process, by initially dividing the waters, and electrostatics
finished the jobs.? (?Velikovsky's Water Mountain(s)?
http://www.ebicom.net/~rsf1/vel/wtr_mtn.htm )

Dear Kriswrite!!!

I do not think any of the answers have the constellationary dynamics in them...

I am looking more towards the constellationary dynamics.... Well another point

I would like to place is the day when the sun stood still has a

constellationary study on this feature been done and if yes could you kindly

locate it in continuation to this question even thats a signature what did the

constellations say on that day, what about the literature status there ?

I want to know that irrespective of whether

any one has been....

able to interpret them ... Remember the location where the parting of the

sea took place also would be pointed out when the study would be completed...

this is for you to know the perfection with which the problem is being

tackled and modelled.... Since, I want you to answer this question and stay on

its trail for still a longer period of time... All I ask you is to kindly be

my 'VALET'. Keep on searching the constellationary dynamics that I am looking

for ... your time spent would be credited appropriately...

Thanking You,

I'm very sorry that you weren't more than satisfied with my Answer.

Indeed, the first portion of the Answer does not relate specifically
to constellations, but was intended to be a "bonus" that I hoped would
provide some interesting background information.

The second part of the answer relates directly to theories about how
Moses' parting of the sea may have had a constellation background.
"Constellations" refers both to stars and to planets.
(YourDictionary.com: http://www.yourdictionary.com/ahd/c/c0589200.html
) Velikovsky?s and Fritzius' theories deal directly with a comet
coming near a planet, and the result causing the parting of the sea.

The third part of the Answer deals with how the constellations may
have affected other biblical miracles. Since there are hundreds of
potential miracles in the Bible, I thought it best to give you a
series of articles to read. Unfortunately, I can only quote books and
articles so much before I begin violating copyright law.

So, at this point, what can I do to satisfy you? Noboby knows where
the stars were on the day of the parting of the seas. Nobody is even
sure what day or month or year this event took place. Is this what you
mean by "constellationary dynamics?"

I can certainly look into the day the sun stood still. I'm not aware
of any relevant information on this, but will take another look. Are
you wanting to know if sources outside the Bible record this event?
Once again, there is no record of where the stars were on this day,
because once again, we don't even know what day the event took place.

Thank you for clarifying your needs.

Regards,
Kriswrite

Dear Kriswrite-ga,

Thank you very much for your responses, infact yesterday immediately
after having taken a glance at your reply, I was not that very happy
to openly say I looked at it just for a minute and then gave you my
reply... even now I have not been through your presentation... kindly
grant me the freedom at the moment not to go through it .... Infact I
came across this problem in 1993 and then wanted to be a Doctor
(MBBS), enroute my career I became a chemical engineer and now
definitely a cosmologist... in the year 1993 itself had posed this
question as to what was the latitude and longitude where the episode
occurred... I have stated this for you to spare a small amount of time
on the episode of halting of the sun... Probably do not tell me the
date... if halting of the sun has been the only episode in history to
have occurred just once...... for I would give it... might be in the
nearest future... when it comes to the dynamics they in newtonian
space are referrals of F=m*a... wish me all the best... thats it.....
I have commented on your answer without having gone through the answer
for at this moment I do not want to go through them... please permit
me... if you could
even grant me some more of findings similar to parting of the seas ,
halting of the sun etc... i would be glad to receive them for... they
shall fortify my model... I think you do know my previous questions
asked on google...

Thank you for the great rating...and the tip.

I am going to provide some further details that might interest
you--when you have the time and energy to read through them. Unless
otherwise noted, you can find more information on these topics through
the links provided in my original Answer.

The Long Day/Sun Stopping: Velikovsky claimed that a comet ejected
from the planet Jupiter rushed through the solar system and became the
planet Venus; this, he claimed, not only caused the parting of the Red
Sea, but also the stopping of the Earth's rotation during Joshua's
famous military mission. Other scientists say the earth merely slowed
in its rotation.

Star of Bethlehem: Many scholars point to the years 3 and 2 B.C., when
there were (according to ancient records) several close conjunctions
with Jupiter. Interestingly, this planet symbolized kings to the
ancients. In September 3 B.C., Jupiter came into conjunction with
Regulus?a star associated with kings, and in the constellation of Leo
(the constellation of kings, and associated with the house of Judah).
A month earlier, Jupiter and Venus appeared to touch each other. Also,
in February and May of 2 B.C. Jupiter and REgulus had additional
close conjunctions. In June of 2 B.C., Jupiter and Venus (the two
brightest objects in the sky, except the sun and moon) appeared to be
a single object in the sky. (See ?The Star of Bethlehem?
http://www.hillsdale.edu/imprimis/1996/Dec96Imprimis.pdf )

The ?bloody moon:? Historical records show an eclipse on April 3, 33
AD, when Pilate was in office. Many scholars believe this was the day
of Christ?s crucifixion, as described in the New Testament. Why was
it called ?the bloody moon?? This was a fairly common term in ancient
literature. When the moon is in eclipse, it?s in the Earth?s shadow.
It receives no direct light from the sun, and is lit by the dim light
refracted and red-shifted by the Earth's atmosphere. Therefore, the
moon has a dull red appearance.

Curious as to why people develop natural explanations for Biblical miricles.
If one believes that the facts and details of the text are true and
accurate - and not made up, then the preponderance of timely,
spectacular and not-normal events demands a super-natural explanation.
If one does not believe the events recorded to be true, then no
explanation is required.

In all sincerity.

Well, here is one "scientific explanation:"
http://www.sptimes.ru/archive/times/936/top/t_11445.htm

I seem to recall that scientists have simulated the parting of the sea
in the laboratory, but I can't find any articles on this subject, in a
brief search.

I saw a documentary (done presumably by a biased source) that
explained how the Red Sea is sometimes parted in a shallow area when
the wind is blowing in the right direction and blowing pretty hard.

I am of the oppinion that God (assuming the bible is true) very often
used nature and natural occurances to do his will. He created the
world to be what we know and experience, so if He wanted to get
through to us why wouldn't he use it. However, I would never discount
the obvious supernatural side of any miracles He performed.

So the reason people do studies like these is just for fun then? Not
because it provides arguments for or against the truth of Biblical
stories...

Fair enough

There's even this theory that the Thera/Santorini volcanic eruption
happened at the same time as the Israelite flight from Egypt, and
caused many of the "supernatural" phenomena in the Bible. This though
is mentioned in a Discovery Channel video... I wonder if that kind of
sourse is acceptable to you.

Of course, this is one among many theories, others of which I have yet to find.

Dear Kris ,

I will be glad if we could still search if the constellatory study has been

undertaken by any ?

Dear Techtor,

No doubt, the volcanic eruption could be a factor, but at this
moment I m interested in being focussed towards data where the
constellatory probe at that time which existed. Has it been undertaken
by any researcher ?.. and if yes .. then well we have the kiss of the
.....divine...

Hello Cloudhary~

I think I'd need more information; how would the stars in any way
affect the parting of the Red Sea? I think it's doubtful that a
scientific study would have been done on this...But maybe you can clue
me in.

There's nothing in the Bible account that allows altitude and
longitude to be found with any degree of accuracy - there's a school
of thought that says it wasn't even the Red Sea.

More fundamentaly, most archaelogists now believe the Bible story of
the Exodus has little if any basis in fact.

Sorry, that should be "latitude" not "altitude"!

Dear Kris,

Thanks for the explanation provided, however I am looking for a still
better answer. Could you kindly try out key words which would involve
some prophets
saying about the dynamics of stars and living beings on this planet.
And once you find the prophetic saying further go ahead using the
appropriate keywords for searching whether someone has extended those
works. Wish you all the best... in your search... The search might
take additional time hence.. kiindly do the needfull ......

Hi shockandawe~

I don't think I ever had this question locked, although I did of
course make some comments. I'm not really sure what you're after, so I
hope another Researcher can help you out better than I.

Kind regards,
Kriswrite

Dear Kris,

Hi!

I think Shockandawe~ is someone different, he has posed in a comment to
my question... I am choudhary-ga who has posed this question. I have stated
this for your last comment appears directed to shockandawe~. To
reconfirm to you what I am after is .. when the parting of the red sea
occurred, a say through the constellations / should also have occurred
for the same fact.. has this been discussed and presented in
literature as an explanation for parting of the red sea by anyone if
yes I would like to have it? Alternativley if for red sea no one would
have explained then does their exist any other feature which has been
explained in similar terms as I have mentioned. I think pafalafa had
locked in the question.. For today entire evening I had found the
question to be locked and was expecting an answer.... anyways..

Cheers!!!!
