I'm researching the competitors for a software company called
Blackbaud, Inc.  Blackbaud provides software and related services
designed specifically for nonprofit organizations.  One component of
Blackbaud's fundraising software, The Raiser's Edge, is an online
giving module called NetSolutions.  NetSolutions is a
subscription-based service that allows nonprofit organizations to
accept credit card donations online.  I'm trying to determine the
answers to two questions relating to competitors of this product:

1) Has "Company X" completed an SAS 70 Service Organization audit
(or do they plan to)?

2) What is the customer retention rate for the subscription-based
Internet services of "Company X" (i.e. online giving)?

about setting the price for this question.  I'll try $20 and see if
this is in the ballpark.  I'm also unsure if you'll be able to find
answers to my two questions in the first place - I've obviously been
unsuccessful so far - but I figured I should give the experts a shot!
