Sharonlee, The question linked above by fp may indeed be of interest to you, particularly since Crea-Langues (the French immersion program in a monastery described in my answer) was co-founded by Jan Deweerdt. I believe this is a Dutch name. However, the monastery itself is not in the Netherlands, but in the south of France. |

Thanks for the information about the program in the south of France. While it is interesting, it is not the program I was looking for. There are many similar programs to this in French and Belgium. The monastary program I heard about almost sounds like a kind of boot camp for French. I am still hoping someone will know about it. |

In case you still get this and it is still relevant; you must mean "the nuns in Vught". It used to be a convent, which it is not anymore, but they still give language courses in, among other languages, French. See http://www.reginacoeli.nl/ for more info.
