I'm looking for the US Dep of Treasury's TROR. TROR - Treasury's
Report on Receivables. This document has A/R information on Federal
agencies. I need the actual report - most recent year (2003?) - by 11/17/04 - 5 PM.

Hello hija-ga,

The TROR reports are actually reports prepared by individual agencies
and submitted to the Department of Treasury.

Treasury, in turn, compiles all the information in an annual report to
Congress known as:

REPORT TO THE CONGRESS
U.S. GOVERNMENT RECEIVABLES AND
DEBT COLLECTION ACTIVITIES
OF
FEDERAL AGENCIES

I believe that this is the report you're seeking. You can find the
most version at:

http://fms.treas.gov/news/reports/debt03.pdf

and some additional information about TROR reporting can be found here:

http://fms.treas.gov/debt/reports.html#DMAS

Let me know if you need any additional information.
