Howdy Shoaib,

"Just" using Google to do the research on such a project you propose would
not really reduce the amount of time it would take to do it justice.

Financial brokers - "brokerage companies" - are by definition not
"finance originators or direct agents". The latter are very less
likely to make sweeping claims about the kinds of loans they will
make, such as: "immediate and unlimited capital is available for all
viable projects worldwide or on global basis".
Brokerage companies are middlemen, dealing at arms length with both
the potential borrower and potential lender. As we have seen on other
questions, these brokers will suggested that they can arrange any and
every kind of lending. That sounds good, but it is no promise.
The key word is "viable", whether the project can be expected to be a
success, and this is a decision the lender will make, independent of
his possible ability to provide "immediate and unlimited capital."

Howdy Shoaib,

My current schedule has not allowed me the time necessary to research this
question in the detail that it needs.

For the time being, perhaps another researcher can answer this question.

Dear Shoaib,
You don't have to accept my previous comment, but I expect that the
G-A community would have quickly corrected me if I were wrong.
Let me, please, point out a couple of inconsistancies in your last clarification:
1) "US$ 500,000 or ... US $ one million". How much do you need?
From your previous questions, it seems that you have a specific type
of project in mind, so one would assume that you know if you need a
million or just half a million. The way this point is phrased,
however, suggests that you are not clear about this. Unfortunately,
this allows the impression that your question is not based on on a
specific project, which - despite the very significant price you have
set - could deter interest in trying to answer a sweeping request for
"brokerage companies" with the conditions you have given.
2) Brokerage companies WILL charge fees; that is their income for
what they do. Maybe they can be included it the loan agreement.
Whether this is so or whether the fees are negotiable can only be
discovered in an actual case.
3) I have addressed this in my previous comment.

I am sorry to sound so negative about possibilty of finding an answer
to your question and perhaps to your investment project.
Regards, Myoarin
