insurance companies.  The numbers should be the main number with an
interactive voice response system that can lead you to departments who
answer questions about claims and or questions about your policy.  The
companies are listed below.  I would like the answer in a tab delimted
file. All I need are the company name and phone number. (you can
delete rank and sales) You should test the quality of the numbers to
make sure the result is at least 95% accurate.  That is why I am
paying big bucks.

I am paying $200 for the testing.  Could you use skype?  at one minute per call
that is 225 skype minutes at 10 cents a minute that is only $22.50 in
phone charges.
