Hi all,

I am looking for a company who sells A4 size (210mm x 297mm) photocopy
papers at 80g/m2, which contains 500 sheets. The goal is to find the
company that has the lowest price for wholesale, as I plan to buy 7600
of them, which fills a container.

You can ask about CIF and FOB prices. The destination is
Istanbul/Turkey port. That's why I need to know how much it would cost
with and without shipping.

Please include the name and telephone of the company.

Thanks in advance!

I have found two companies that look very good. One in China the other
in Thailand. Since there are several grades of paper involved and
because we need to get the middle man (me) out of the deal, it seems
to me that I should give you the info and let you continue.

Hi redhoss,

All the properties of the paper should be like this:

1 pack -> 500 sheets and 80g/m2
A4 = 210mm x 297mm
white color
more than %85 brightness

That's all I can ask.

We could do like this:

You tell me the company name and telephone (hope they speak English)
and then I will call them to ask about the price. You can also ask
about the price and tell me. All in all if they sell what I want cheap
enough, I will mark your comment as an answer.

Thanks again.

Hi redross,

I have get to call the first company and got the price of the cheapest
A4 size copy paper they have, which is $1.86 USD. I called the second
one too but they told me to fax them for the prices. Actually I am
after prices that are around or below $1.5 CAD.

This is because this price is for FOB.

Thanks again for your help! Much appreciated!

Ok now I got the price info from the second company and they sell each
pack from $2.2 USD for CFR.

I don't know. I did my best. Maybe your requirements are unrealistic.

redross,

You might be right, but unfortunately this is my boss' request. He
wants cheaper and told me that someone here sells A4 paper for $1.95.
He should have found something cheaper. From what he told me, those
papers come from Holland. If you happen to find one from Holland,
please let me know.

Sorry for the inconveniences...

Since there is a 12-13 time difference between here (Canada) and
there, I will call them whenever there is appropriate to call.

2 things I wonder:

Sunrise sells uncut paper or cut paper consisiting of 500 sheets?

Other than that, copy paper, photocopy paper, printing paper, offset
paper, writing paper, all mean the same thing?

Thanks again!

I suggest you look at European suppliers as A4 is a standard size here
and Turkey abuts the European Union. British suppliers have the
advantage of speaking English.

You could try British paper merchants such as

Hi,

Can the company be in Turkey ? Because i am sure that i can find
better prices than you have heard if you would export from Turkey. But
if you want to sell these papers in Turkey, i can find you a local
price.

e.k.

Hi kleinpiano,

Yeah the company can be in Turkey, and if so, that would be much
better, because we want to sell these papers to a company in Turkey.

Can you please give me some information about the prices?

Thanks again!
