Hello.

The song was written by Andy Sturmer of th band, Jellyfish. The singer
is known as "Moxy."

See:
"Finally, BEN 10 "premiered" this morning. It was better then
expected, much better, the animation was a LOT better then I thought
it'd be from trailers, and the story had some nice twists. I don't
care for the alien designs and Ben himself is annoying as all hell.
The best thing on the show is the theme song. It was written by Andy
Sturmer for one and the singer was this chick, MOXY."

Also see Moxy's Myspace page:

"Been working on a few projects with Andy Sturmer, the evil genius
behind Jellyfish. For one, I sang the theme song for a brand spankin
new cartoon on Cartoon Network called Ben 10. Andy wrote it and played
ALL the instruments. The song is supercute. Its about a kid with 10
different weird superpowers. It's really fun...check out the link..."

search strategy:
"he's ben 10"
"ben 10" "andy sturmer"

I hope this helps.
