Denco researcher you have stated in my previous question ID that "100%
unconditional collateralized financing OR 100% unconditional
guaranteed financing provided in the form of specialized joint
ventures financing by bringing joint ventures partners" can be used
to pay for "all of the closing costs or project costs" so therefore I
want o know that international funding sources of

mortgage loan and above mentioned finance for the borrower for

It really depends on the type of investors that are currently participating
on the Proma Investment website that will determine if there is someone that
will handle the terms you outline. That said, Proma Investments provides an
environment wherein the type of investors you seek might be found.

Denco researcher I am satisfied with your answer above and please note
that I have purchased the membership of above mentioned Proma
investment organization and I have posted my mortgage loan and finance
application in its members area for above purpose indicated in my
above mentioned clarification and please note that Proma investment
organization initially submitted my loan and finance application for
above mentioned purpose but Proma investment organization did not
received any offer from its investors or its funding sources for the
processing of my above mentioned loan and finance application but I
want to mention that Proma investment organization is now continiuosly
submitting my loan/finance application to various other funding
sources for above purpose so therefore Denco researcher I want to
know that what could be the "reason" because initially investors or
its funding sources did not responded to my loan/finance application
for its processing ?? Denco researcher thanks for that help from

There could be several reasons for no immediate offers from your initial
submission to Proma Investment. The following is from their "How it works"
web page.

"Each selected investor who could be interested in your project receives
your offer via e-mail. This offer contains all the information about the
business, e.g.: area of expertise, business idea, form of the company,
location, partnership conditions, and other information such as the amount
of capital needed, etc. Your personal data (name, address, phone and fax
numbers) aren't disclosed immediately.
When investors are interested in your project, they can either ask us for
your contact details and contact you directly or they can ask us for more
information about you."
So you can see, that by design, the Proma Investment process is not always
an immediate one, as there might be some "back and forth" that goes on
"behind the scenes" before someone contacts a company that does an initial
submission.

Denco researcher I want to know that if investor or any international
funding source contacts above mentioned Proma investment organization
so as to receive further loan/finance information of the borrower so
therefore I want to know that it is a "guarantee" from the investor or
any other international funding source that it would 'process' the
loan and/or finance application of the borrower OR it is not a

conditions for example any type of 100% unconditional collateralized
financing or any type of 100% unconditional guaranteed financing or
any type of 100% unconditional equity financing or any type of
joint ventures financing or unsecured personal and/or business
financing or 100% loan-to-value property loans ETC. so as to meet
"all of the requirements or conditions" of the borrower for any

Should someone receive contact from an investor from your application to the
Proma Investment website, it would not be a guarantee that investor would
process a loan or finance application from that party.
It really depends on the type of investors that are currently participating
on the Proma Investment website that will determine if there is someone that
will handle the terms you outline.
