Howdy Shoaib,
Abacus International Financial Network states the following: "Small Business
Loans, Major Funding Projects, Commercial Finance, Real Estate Financing,
Venture Capitals, Joint [V]entures. FINANCING SERVICES: International Bank
Guarantees, Capital Enhancements, High-Yield Investment Pool, 100% CD
Collateral, Corporate Partnerships and much, much more to follow."
The above, although containing certain details that very well might address
the type of financing that you outline, such as joint ventures, it lacks a
good amount of the other details that would be needed to properly answer
your question. For instance, "100% CD [Certificate of Deposit] Collateral
is not the same thing, and not even close to being "100% loan-to-value
mortgage loan and any type 100% unconditional collateralized financing."
It might very well be that Abacus International Financial Network can indeed
arrange the financing that you outline, but again, the website in question
does not provide enough details for me to state such a thing with any amount
of reasonable certainty.
Just because IFBA Funding LLC provides details as to the type of loans or
funding they can provide, does not mean that Abacus International Financial
Network offers the same terms.
Each loan broker, etc. is unique and offers different terms that might be
totally different than the next loan broker, etc.
Please note that IFBA Funding LLC indicates they can provide loans for the
following types of projects.
http://www.ifbafunding.com/introduction.htm
"...
Amusement/Theme Parks
...
Yachts
Oil Tankers
Luxury Liners
..."
Does the above statement mean that Abacus International Financial Network
will also do the same type of projects? Of course not, and no one should
read into one website the terms another website outlines.
Please also note that Abacus International Financial Network does not state
anything about "angel financing," or "no collateral financing" or "no principal
payments" which would give us a clue that they could arrange "100%
loan-to-value mortgage loan and any type 100% unconditional
collateralized financing."
