Those 2 places seem to be the place the priests go to for
rehabilitation, but I am looking for the name for the group of priests
that help them; more like the vocation of these helping priests?

There is the "National Catholic Council on Alcoholism"

ACCA Today

I know, it doesn't sound like a very romantic name (St.Martin of
Tours, for example), but this is it.
