Wahoo-wah!!!

Have you heard the sound bite on TV or radio? WINA in C-vlle would be
the best source, or Crappy channel 29 news. Maybe even the sports
infromation department in U-hall could suggest or even have the Media
file.

do you recall when he made the comment, or where you heard it? Was it
just a quote you read in the paper?

Hell, Just call Pete himself, and have a recorder ready..He's a great
guy and I am sure he would "quote" himself for you.. Just tell Him
"Big-E" said so.

In 1997, Pete Gillen, then the coach at Providence, was explaining the
sense of accomplishment his team felt in defeating Duke in the NCAA
Tournament's Southeast Regional: "The biggest challenge was to
convince (the Friars) that we could beat them. Duke is Duke. They're
on TV more than Leave it to Beaver reruns."
