I am looking for info on cost-per-click advertisers that are already
buying text ads on google, overture or other online sites.

My question is, how can i get a qualified list of these advertisers
with phone numbers and email addresses.

Is there a company out there, or website that would help us
efficiently reach out to these advertisers?

I'm familar with infousa, dunn and bradsteeet, hoovers, onesource,
evaliant, advertising database, and justsell.com.  None of these
prospecting services seems to provide what I am looking for in regards
to the smaller more web based business.  However, if you know of a
service that these companies offer that will reach our target
customers (companies who spend $1K-$100K a year in advertising and
companies who are already advertising online).
