It sure does.

You can see the group's home page here:

access its actual registration with NY State here:,%20INC.&p_entity_name_input=CIRCLE%20IN

and find some additional information about the organization here:
1633 Broadway
New York, NY 10019

There is a lot of additional information about Circle in the Square
that is available at the GuideStar site, but to access it, you must
first register at the site -- registration is free.

Hope this information fully meets your needs. But before rating this
answer, please let me know if you would like any additional
information. Just post a Request for Clarification, and I'll be happy
to assist you further.

search strategy: Used bookmarked links to Guidestar and NYS
Corporations, and also searched Google for ["circle in the square"]

Hello again, Paul.

Actually, a colleague of mine has pointed out the distinction between
Circle in the Square Inc, and the theater school at the same address
(thanks, Pink!).

The NYS link that I posted above is for the Circle in the Square, Inc.
and reflects its official registration status with the state of NY. I
trust that link fully answers your question.

The related link for the registration of the theater school can be seen here:,%20INC.&p_entity_name_input=CIRCLE%20IN

Sorry for any confusion this may have caused. And again, just let me
know if you need any additional information.
