Hi phroggiefrog,

No, Clonazepam (Klonapin) does not cause false positives for cocaine.
however, it will give a false positive for Benzo's (Benzodiazepines):

Substances or Conditions which can cause a false positive in a cocaine
drug test are:

~~ Kidney Infection (kidney disease)
~~ Liver Infection (liver disease)
~~ Diabetes
~~ Amoxicillin
~~ Tonic water
~~ Novocain (and other products ending in 'cain'

Cain-based products, especially Novocain, have been known to cause
false positives for cocaine. Some legal products actually contain
small amounts of illegal chemicals. All urine tests, including GC/MS
will indicate a positive result because the metabolites derived from
the substance are identical to the metabolites of the illegal drug.

Heres more information on false positives:

I hope this help!!

Just a minor clarification of the terrific answer.

Clonazepam will test positive for benzo's because it is a benzo.

no disrespect meant.
