how long does a commercial flat, rubber roof typically last in New
England (roof is about 20 years old at this point) before it needs to
be re-done?  What is the best product on the market for flat, rubber
roofs on a commercial scale?  Please provide three (3) roofing
contractors in Massachusetts who are excellent at flat, rubber roofs
and who have no complaints with the BBB (must be commercial roofers).
