To Andrewxmp. OK,i will tell you the whole story. I want to purify a UNKNOWN PROTEIN from the yeast cell. But before i can do this, i will have to purify a KNOWN protien. All the information that i gain from this purification on the KNOWN will be used on the UNKNOWN PROTEIN. You said to specific, well i have decided to purify the CYTOCHROME C first. I am trying to purify Cytochrome C protein first for practice. This is about as much detail that i can go. I don't know what you mean by "extract". If i need to be more specific than this, i will try. Please help me to get on the right track. Try to bring some logic to all of this. Ted. |

To respond to Andrewxmp, you may want to go back to your earlier question, rather than starting a new question: http://www.answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=457392 |
