but it's not available as one huge master list.  Instead, you have to
select the juridiction of interest in order to get the relevant list
of officials.

I need a complete list preferably in an electronic format.  Capital
advantage does not help as I would have to make thousands of requests.

sure...you'd just have to write a fairly sizable check, is all:

state office holders, sorry, no local.
