I don't understand the question. Are you looking for a specific rare
book? Russian fables have been republished hundreds (if not thousands)
of times.

In which language was this book published? In Russian, in Latin?

The title of this book as published in Amsterdam?

According to http://www.maphist.nl/ct/ct_08.html

granted him the exclusive rights".

Could the author's name be Il'ia Kopievich, i.e. ???? ???????? ?

His "Latina Grammatica" was published in Amsterdam 1700 according to
this list of "Cyrillic books printed before 1701 in the British
Library":
