A few years ago I saw an online app, maybe java or javascript, that
asked you to weight various variables (like price, prestige, proximity
to urban centers, etc), and used these weights to create a custom list
of colleges. I recall it being hosted by a college in maybe Illinois
or Indiana that was ranked favorably by a default set of weights. Can
you find this link? Is it still active?
