Hello There!

Matthews Asian: Growth & Income - MACSX and
Matthews Pacific Tiger fund - MAPTX meet all of your covenants. They
are members of the Matthews Asian Funds family of funds.

Another one is Guinness Atkinson China & Hong Kong - ICHKX, member of GA funds.

A simple to use resource to lookup funds is a mutual fund screener.
Here are a couple of sites to check out if you would like to produce a
list meeting your specific covenants:

Kiplinger

These funds are the only Asian funds with a 10-year record whose
Ulcer Perfomance Index computed by Investors FastTrack is positive
when compared to the average of all Asian funds. UPI against the
objective average is a strong risk/adjusted return measurement.

Hope this is of help to you. You might consider the 5-year
record as well since the majority of Asian funds do not have
10-year records.
