ethnography used to identify the implemented changes cost $45,000.
Aspect Medical Systems used ethnography in the design of its
anesthesiology device. It is now in use in more than a quarter of
operating rooms in the United States with more than 16,000 units sold
since 1998.
SRAM used ethnography to evaluate repositioning the company towards
reinventing the bicycle. However, it realized that changing the
