Hello Mike,
The EPA currently sets the maximum allowable level of sodium fluoride
in drinking water (natural or added) at 4 milligrams per liter (4
parts per million) and the maximum recommended level at 2 milligrams
per liter.
Fluoride in tap water
---------------------
"As a public health tool to aid in the prevention of dental caries,
fluoride is added to some domestic water supplies at generally 0.8 to
1.0 ppm."
http://www.epa.gov/fedrgstr/EPA-PEST/2005/March/Day-04/p4281.htm
"The standard for chlorine is 1 to 1 1/2 parts per million of water
and the standard for fluoride, said Handshoe, is 1.2 parts per
million."
http://www.unioneagle.com/2005/May/12water.html
"...Testing found a maximum of 1.35 parts per million of fluoride in
drinking water. The maximum containment level allowed for fluoride is
4 parts per million."

The FDA recommends that fluoride added to bottled water must be added
in a concentration that varies from 0.8ppm and 1.7ppm, depending on
the annual average of maximum daily air temperatures.
Fluoride in bottled water

Figures according to bottled water producers:
Lauré Pristine Spring Water:
Level detected: Fluoride 0.1 mg/l

Mayer Bros:
"In our Fluoridated water we ad 1 part per million Sodium Fluoride as
recommended by the American Dental Society."

Dannon
"We add up to 1 mg of fluoride per liter of water. Therefore there is
up to 0.25mg of fluoride in one 255 mL (8.5 FL OZ) bottle of DANNON
Fluoride to Go."
