Question ID: 522229
Where can I get sales info on the house at 3032 Cleveland, Costa Mesa,
CA 92626 sold on August 17, 1999. I know the buyer and loan amount
but don't have the actual selling price for that date. Is there a
website that I can actually see/download realted documents other than
the Orange County Records Office?

myname88-ga,

I don't know for certain if the sales price is available at an online site.

However, using off-line sources that I have available (i.e. a friend
in the real estate business!), I can provide the purchase price for
the property you asked about.

The purchase date is listed as September 22, 1999, the house was built
in 1963, and the buyer's initials (I don't want to post the full name
here) were P.H.

Would my posting the sales price be sufficient as an answer to your
question? Let me know.

Yes, I would appreciate the price. Can you tell me where I can get a
copy (if authorized by PH) of this record. (All these things were
accidently thrown away.)

thanks!

The house in question sold for $239,500 in 1999.

The Document Number that recorded the sale is:

1999-00677775

You can obtain a copy of this document by following the instructions
at the Orange County Clerk-Recorder's site:
