Cinemax use to air a TV show call THRILLS. It was like a soft core tv
series. I think it was about 2001 when it was on .I was wondering if
Cinemax had ever released it out on dvd or vhs and where I could get
it from ?

Could this be the DVD you seek?  There is mention of a Cinemax release.
