It sounded like 50 cent or The Game was introducing him as he was
about to come on stage in Vancouver, Canada at the PNE Collesium

If 50 Cent modified the lyrics from "we" to "he", perhaps he was
making a pun on "How we do" so that it became a person, "Howie Dew."

This would be like a pun heard on the NPR radio show "Car Talk."  One
of the hosts states that their law firm is "Dewey, Cheetham and Howe,"
which sounds like "Do we cheat 'em?  And how!"
