Here are links to:
Good Feet Franchise Offering Circular
Salesman Disclosure Form
Franchise Agreement

There are actually dozens of documents available for the Good Feet
franchise, all of which were filed with -- and available online
through -- the California Deparment of Corporations, and their service
known as "The California Electronic Access to Securities and Franchise

To see all the filings, head to the above link and enter [ good feet ]
in the 'Company Name' box, and hit 'Search'.

This will bring up a list of nine 'packages' Click on package #
33418 to get started -- these are the main documents filed for the
Good Feet franchise, and include all the materials I already linked to

But you will probably want to check out all the other packages as
well, as these include a great deal of additional information.

By the way, you may also be interested in this document from
Washington State involving some sort of fraud case against Good Feet:
Whether there has been a violation
of the Franchise Investment Protection Act of Washington by:
Good Feet Worldwide, Inc.
Case No. S-03-080

I trust this information fully answers your question.

However, please don't rate this answer until you have everything you
need. If there's anything more I can do for you, just post a Request
for Clarification, and I'm happy to assist you further.

search strategy -- Searched the California Corporation site for [ good
feet ], and also searched Google for [ "good feet" "uniform franchise

Thank you for your very timely response which appears to be directly
on point. However, the documents were prepared and filed in 2003. The
company was sold in 2004, and the new owners have filed new documents
sometime in late 2004 or early 2005.

Can you provide later reports? AND please advise concerning the
source of your response, as it will be necessary to document my

I'll be glad to continue working on this for you, but I'm not clear
about some things.

If you go back to the Cal-EASI search site, and search for [ Good Feet
], the results page looks like this:

Package Filing Name Company Name Filing Type File Date
25813 LOEN GOOD FEET STORE OF TORRANCE INC-CA Securities Notice 03/17/2003
33418 Franchise Registration GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise
Application 05/12/2003
58412 F-Post-Effective Amendments GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise
Application 12/01/2003
107637 Franchise Exemption GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise Notice
107638 Franchise Exemption GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise Notice
107639 Franchise Exemption GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise Notice
107640 Franchise Exemption GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise Notice
118056 Franchise Exemption GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE INC Franchise Notice
133710 Internet Advertisement Exemption GOOD FEET WORLDWIDE LLC -
Franchise Notice 04/27/2005

You'll notice that some of the documents here were filed in late 2004
and into 2005 as well. So I presume these documents represent the
current standing of the company.

Do you have reason to suspect that this is not the case?

Also, please tell me everything you know about the change of ownership
of Good Feet. How do you know the company was sold? Who is the new
ownership company? Where are they located? When did the sale happen?

Any other details you can provide would be most helpful.
