Here ya go:

http://bookstore.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/order2001.cgi?stock=041-001-00602-8

You can order it directly from the Government Printing Office.

If you run into any problems with the link, let me know.

search strategy -- visited the GPO website and searched for 2005 budget.

P.S. Make sure the "Quantity" to be ordered is set at 1 copy. The
link above seems to spontaneously add copies to the order form.

This isn't it. As noted in the discription it:

Contains the Fiscal Year 2005 Budget Message of the President and
information on the President's budget and management priorities,
including assessments of agencies' performance.

I just want the hard numbers. No fluff.
Thanks for the try but the question isn't answered.

The hard numbers are printed in the budget appendix, and you're quite
right, it's a separate document. You can order the Appendix here:

http://bookstore.gpo.gov/cgi-bin/order2001.cgi?stock=041-001-00597-8

with our without the "fluffy" Budget document

I believe this is what you're after, but if not, just post a new
Request for Clarification, and let me know in a bit more detail what
you need.

Happy number-cunching.
