Can anyone find out the 10 digit number (as in non-911, but still goes
to the 911 call takers) for the Philadelphia, PA Police Comm Center? I
am a limousine dispatcher in Chester County, PA and when I need to
report an accident involving one of my vehicles in Philadelphia, I am
forced to call Chester County and have the call transferred. Every
PSAP has at least one 10 digit number and I have been unable to find

Hello Dmaxwell,

The number of the Philadelphia Police Department (non-emergency) is:

I found the number on several sites, including the PPD site, so I feel
confident it is the correct number. There are numerous numbers for
other PPD districts, included in some of the following lists.

This page lists the 10 digit numbers of all the Philadelphia Police Districts

The Philadelphia Police Department site lists this address and numbers
Philadelphia Police Department
One Franklin Square
Philadelphia, PA 19106

This list from the PPD included Traffic, Crime Scene, Highway Patrol, and more.

Philadelphia Police Department (non-emergency): 215-686-1776

Another list from Spruce Hill Community Association

You probably already have this number, but just in case:
Burrough of West Chester
Police Non-Emergency 610-696-2700

215-686-3180 or 215-686-3181 for the 18th Police District
"The Philadelphia Police Department agency covering the University is
the 18th police district located at 5510 Pine St. The phone number is
215-686-3180,81. This number should not be used for emergency

These numbers may come in handy too!
