My reading of the above is that although it appears that APVC can handle
complex non-institutional real estate mortgage loans in Africa, Asia and
Europe, it would be most likely that they would not do non-conforming loans,
probably do not work on projects in Mexico, the area of the world you usually
emphasize, and almost certainly would not do financing that would cover all
of the closing costs.

Actually Shoaib, jackburton-ga has found the web site for the company
that you reference.  Just as some companies have web sites hosted by
other services (for instance, NBC is located at nbc.go.com) it looks
like AP Venture Capital's web site is hosted by TradeSites.

I sent an email to the address on the site, asking for the postal address.
The telephone number seems to be from an area in Germany near the Dutch border.
The response said that AP Venture Capital Ltd is represented in many
parts of the world and asked me to explain my interest.  I replied
that I just wanted to know in which country the Ltd as registered and
an address.  The reply was terser, asking for my personal
identification before they would respond, adding the comment that I
should understand that they had to protect themselves from swindlers
and time wasters.
Quite so, it works both ways.
The email server "suisse.st" seems to be an anonymiser.
