I am trying to develop an website where users can find out the flight
number by just entering arrival/depature time and location. Is there
any source where i can get the data of all the flight numbers in the
world, their location and possibly arrival/departure time in the form
of flat file or on a notepad which i can later populate into my
database.

I knew about them. They are not for general public plus their services
are really expensive for me to afford. Only a big budget website can
afford them.
