develop a blue print (The Test-tube of Luck & destiny. Worth of 100

Further clarification being added now starts from here:
Infousa, Yahoo or Google are very fit organizations for my research implementation.
Here I wish to specifically clarify is that just knowing to someone is
"not just enough". They should respond "favorably within a reasonable
time" For example : I know Mr. Bill Gates or Mr. Vinod Gupta of
infousa. So 1st of all their email is not available
publicly. And I haven't received a single reply against repeated
request submitted through their 'online submit form' available on
their sites. Likewise the proposal sent to Yahoo and Google. But, here
I have received auto respond reply reading as : "Your research
proposal is received to us. We will get back to you as soon as
possible. ...and they will and they won't never get back to me.
Because they receive thousands and millions emails daily. So the
result is... my all efforts and seriousness is ultimately 'Lost'
without any concrete result.
So, the conclusion and requirement is "just knowing is not enough.
Needful care, attention and feedback is equally essential."
In other words, as you know, all information for this are available on
the net... I mean Fortune 500 company, their address and phone etc,
Forbes 1000 Companies, Billionaires and so on... But, again the same
problem is : "just knowing is not enough. Needful care, attention and
feedback is equally essential."
So, the assistance and help is required from the researchers by
posting this question is that...
"Is there any Introducer, or any Consultant or any source any where in
the world who can ensure and guarantee me too to get
care, attention and feedback from these already known people and companies.
As regards pricing, I won't mind to pay up to $200 But, a researcher

The reason for this request is because all these services has already
been practically tested and functional by us in India.
Now, We wish to launch these services on internet for all companies
and people worldwide.
* The complete proposal content (blue print of entire research) is
comprising of many papers etc. - which requires a thorough live
presentation on screen. Though it is not possible to explain
proposal's complete content here (Because I can not disclose business
secrets publicly) I am trying to give a short brief of it here below

At present following 4 services are not available on internet in 'that
big volume' as mentioned below :
1. Business profile (website/webpage/database) of 'every single
company' in all countries. (sort able and index able online)
2. Personal profile of 80 to 90% Individuals in the world. (sort able
and index able online)
3. 'Buying and selling online network' for total information
(directories, Files, images, film etc.) lying in mind and memory of
every individual person in the world.
4. A 'world introducer company' - who is known to everyone ( including
all countries presidents' and all top companies ceos' ) providing his
services publicly to introduce to the needy person to his desire
company or person on payment basis.
5. Continued with.... please read the profile above and carefully read

Now, for a while please take it granted as a 'fact' that this (from
point number 1 to 5 above) is possible and already available on
internet with the combination of Research blue print and few basic
needful computer and software resources. As mentioned above : all
these services has already been practically tested and functional by
us in India. Now, We wish to launch these services on internet for all

Now, there are two options for practical implementation of it:

Mumbai) in 1990 and then so many of the incidents happened with me,
