my system info:

OS WindowsXP 
CPU AMD ATHLON 64

Not sure if you want FREE software or what OS you will run from, since
3.1 /98 / 2K have capabilities to run qbasic in it.  I completed a
search of your requests and total over 172,401 possible sites and
compilers listed with at least a min. of 38.22% offer these software
requests for free or with a free site registration.  Can you be a
little more specific?  Thanks

still did not answer the question!  Are you looking for free software
or are you willing to pay for it?  Simple to decide once you make a
decision, free or $$$$$$$$$$, Then I cn help just as limonate-ga tried
