I am looking for an non-novelty seller or manfacturer of an oversize
hard hat that conforms to CSA ANSI standard. This is for a former NFL
linebacker. Normal hard hats make him look like Whimpy from the
popeye cartoon. The band in a normal
hard hat can be streched but the shell of the hard hat is too small for
his head.

Sounds like you ordered from both tasco-safety and bigheadcaps. From
what I can see, they may well be selling one and the same
hard-hat...time will tell, I suppose.
These look to be the biggest ones out there, so I hope they fit your
Cinderella-Whimpy-linebacker fella.
