"I am what I am."

I'd go with:

"Sum id quod sum."


That is the translation typically used in Latin bibles for the phrase
"I am what I am."

For example, Corinthians 15:10 reads "Gratia autem Dei sum id quod

The Latin Vulgate (Exodus 3:14) gives this: "Ego sum qui sum".

"Ego sum qui sum" may be an acceptable alternate translation, but note
that it's usually translated as "I am WHO I am," which differs slighly
from "I am WHAT I am."
