Dear taffida-ga;

Thank you for allowing me to answer your interesting question. The answer is YES.

According to the DEATH PENALTY INFORMATION CENTER database, there have
been quite a number of executions wherein the prisoner was categorized
as ?white? and the victim was categorized as being of a non-white
race.

The records are available from 1976 to the present. The current
breakdown is as follows:

17 were executed for the murder(s) of ?black? victim(s)
5 were executed for the murder(s) of Asian victim(s)
14 were executed for the murder(s) of Latino victim(s)

You will note, if you do the search yourself, that the number I have
listed here one in each category than the database reports. The reason
for this is because Timothy McVeigh is listed once in each category
(except Asian) because his crime accounts for the murders of 129 White
victims, 32 Black victims, 5 Latino victims and 2 Native American
victims.

In all, since 1976, 37 white prisoners have been executed for the
murders of non-white victims.

I hope you find that my answer exceeds your expectations. If you have
any questions about my research please post a clarification request
prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating and your
final comments and I look forward to working with you again in the
near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.

I'm sorry. Let me clarify my statement this paragraph so as to avoid any confusion:

You will note, if you do the search yourself, that the number I have
listed here is slightly less than what the database actually reports.
The reason for this is because Timothy McVeigh is listed multiple
times (in several categories except "asian") because his crime
accounts for the murders of 129 White victims, 32 Black victims, 5
Latino victims and 2 Native American victims.
