Question ID: 588708
I am looking for additional firms that offer third party perks-at-work
services to other corporations. That is to say, companies that, for a
fee (either from client corporation offering perks to employees or
from companies offering perks to employees or both), offer employees
special discounts, special services, group rates, etc., from various
companies.

Firms that we also know about include:

Perkscard (www.perkscard.com)
NextJump (www.nextjump.com)
Sparkfly (www.sparkfly.com)
Motivano (www.motivano.com)
Wild at Work(www.wildatwork.com)
Passport Unlimited (www.passportunlimited.com)
Perks.com (www.incentiveprograms.com--yeah, that URL makes sense!)
Employee Mall (www.employeemall.com)
Benefit Express Card (http://www.thebenexcard.com/default.aspx?mode=about_us)
WorkStream (http://www.workstreaminc.com/products_services/rewards/index.asp)
BeyondWork (http://www.beyondwork.com/v0_co_eds.htm)

To clarify, a qualifying company must offer employees perks, not
rewards, by which I mean "privileges, gains or profits INCIDENTAL to
regular salary or wages; especially ones expected or promised."

I will pay $25 for the first company found and a tip of $25 for each
subsequent company found, so long as they meet the qualifications
described above and offer these services to American employees. (I'll
post a separate question if someone other than the initial answerer
comments that they have an additional company that fits the bill.)

Retail Brand Alliance, a holding company whose subsidiary companies

skyrocketed, says Michael Moseman, director of corporate incentive
services.

Nearly 700 companies nationwide offer the Brooks Brothers or Casual
Corner discount card (or both) to employees, up from 250 companies one
year ago. Some 110,000 cardholders have taken advantage of the
program. The Brooks Brothers card gets them 15% off regularly priced
merchandise at Brooks Brothers, Carolee and Adrienne Vittadini stores,
while the Casual Corner card nets the same benefit at Casual Corner,
Petite Sophisticate and Casual Corner Annex stores.

Companies enlighten workers to corporate fashion

RBA, as part of its services, offers a corporate discount program.
Under the program, companies can enroll free of charge to offer
workers a 15% discount on in-store purchases of regularly priced
merchandise across all RBA brands.

"As companies look for more and more creative ways to compensate their
employees, these types of discounts come into play," Mr. Moseman said.

Using an online enrollment system, employees register for a
personalized, corporate membership card that is valid for 24 months
and can be renewed upon expiration.

Currently, more than 1,000 companies participate in the corporate
discount, with about 155,000 employees enrolled. "We average about a
22% to a 26% participation rate" among companies that join, said Mr.
Moseman, who noted that "reactivation rates have been very strong."

bobby7, czh,

Looks like both of you answered the question in part, but I need a bit
more time to review your answers so I can pay/tip appropriately and I
may not have that until Tuesday or Wednesday. When I can clarify in
detail, I'll do so, along with instructions for ensuring that both of
you get paid for your responses, since it looks like both of you are
due payment.

This isn't to say the question isn't still open for additional answers
by you or others; I'll take as many of these companies validly exist!

Sorry for the delay!

As before, both of you answered the question at least once. I'll
repost this question. Whichever of you converts your request for
clarification of this iteration of the question into an answer first
gets their payment here. The other one of you can go to the second
question at http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=591582.

bobby7:

NextJump definitely qualifies, but they were listed as one of the
companies I already know about so I can't pay you for that one.

Shop4Zero definitely meets my criteria. You can cite it as an answer
either to this question or to
http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=591582, if czh beats
you to the punch.

czh:

Corporate Rewards, Ecount, GiftCertificates.com don't work for
me--they don't offer perks designed for the employee bases as a
whole--they offer employee-specific rewards and/or incentives and/or
gift certificates. If I'm missing something, please clarify and I'm
happy to take another look.

Oxford Benefit Management appears to be all about health insurance
services--not really what I mean by a "perk".

Entertainment Publications does seem to allow for its program to be
sliced and diced as a perks-at-work program, and that earns credit for
an answer.

Employee Discount Club, Retail Brand Alliance and Working Advantage
do, however, meet my criteria.

As with bobby7, you can cite it as an answer either to this question
or to http://answers.google.com/answers/threadview?id=591582, if
bobby7 beats you to the punch.

Thanks to both of you!
