I am writing a report on North American trucks for school.

I need a list of all the makes and models of pick-up truck made or
sold in North America since roughly the 1970's.  The list should
be in a text file, with one model per line with a hard return.

EXAMPLE:

Chevy S10
Ford F150
Ford F150 King Kab
etc.

I need the whole shooting match, from obscure to best seller and every
single one in between.  Its basically the entire North American truck
catalog.  I don't want links to websites, or content....just the text
file of every single truck.

This should be simple job for someone who knows what they are doing.
